The upper cowl section that houses the the windshield wipers and washers. This OE style panel attaches to the top of the lower cowl and includes all the bends, holes and countours of the original. The upper area near the windshild is often rusted. We offer both versions with either screw on or clip on screens. Can be purchased separately or in kits that include the lower cowl, with or without A/C.
